REFUND POLICY

1. Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at asabiibrand@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
